Women in Leadership (WIL) is an open forum available to both members and non-members. This program brings together senior leaders for honest, high-impact conversations around navigating executive careers, managing competing demands, and leading with confidence in today’s corporate climate.

This is not performative empowerment. This is where real leadership lives.

For our first Women in Leadership session of 2026, we’re focusing on a theme that reflects the real paths women are navigating today: nonlinear leadership.

“Leading With Edges” explores how detours, reinventions, setbacks, and unexpected pivots often become the moments that shape us most as leaders. This session will be co-facilitated by Bonnie, Colleen, & Carla.

Participants will reflect on their own “edge moments,” share insights if they choose, and walk away with a simple framework for understanding how off-script experiences can become a source of strength, perspective, and leadership clarity. Take a look here:
